Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery department is concerned with the diagnosis and surgical treatments of all types of soft tissues (tongue, cheek, lips, salivary glands, etc.), teeth, jaws and temporomandibular joint. Surgical procedures are performed under local or general anesthesia or with conscious sedation after the type of procedure and the condition of the patient are planned.
